In Alessandro Vieri We are proud to offer free shipping!
All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our warehouse. During periods of high demand, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly increased.
We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are prepared within a period of 3 to 10 business days from the date of purchase and are shipped once processing is complete. Please note that We do not ship on weekends or holidays..
Once the order is placed, it is not possible to cancel it. If you need to modify the delivery information, you must contact us as soon as possible via contacto@alessandrovieri.com. However, once the order has been processed, we will not be able to make changes.
DELIVERY TIMES
Once the order is processed, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 7–16 business days
- Central America: 10–25 business days
- Australia/New Zealand: 10–26 business days
- Other countries: 11–30 business days
In exceptional situations, shipments may be delayed and may take longer. up to 40 business days.
